it looked to good not to eat it...LOL but i had major control and am down 4 lbs in one week. see you in the morning for a hard work out.

I like the way you now breakdown your menu by protein, fat, carp etc. its more helpful.
Zucker, Number one sundown is at 7:23 It is only 6:25. I know that and i am not even Jewish. Number 2 if you were going to break Jewish law you should have been at the workout this morning with the other bad Jews. Number 3 you cannot have wheat products; the list of foods i gave you are the foods you are supposed to eat. Number 4 Aaron said thank you for taking the focus off of him for once....By the way i hope you lost more weight than him this week...?

Hi Tom here is what I had today:

1/2 container of wild caught salmon, 1 container of shrimp & scallops, 1 container of gluten free pasta, spinach salad with veggies
9:00 24 almonds
2 cups of white tea
I'm full and I can't eat anymore, tomorrow will resume with normal diet.
BTW my weight on Saturday morning before the cheat meal was 214 (lost 4 pounds)
