ReplyDeleteThis evening I had 1 container of egg whites, 1tbsp pb and 12 slices ezekiel. I fasted most of the day so my menu was light. If I get hungry I will have a scoop of harmonized protein tonight w/ 1 tbsp almond butter

Menu for today was very light, just can't eat anymore:
-spinach salad with 3 baby roma tomatoes, cucumber, onion, avacado, 3 mini sweet peppers, sea salt and balsamic vinegar
-1/2 cont coho salmon
-2 scallops, 2 shrimps
-2tbs of almond butter
-2 cups of white tea
-no water
By the way how many grams of fat are in an avacado?
Eugenia, You made some really good food choices when you broke your fast. It would have been very easy for you to grab bread or a bagel or something stupid. I am proud of you. An avocado has approx. 22gf. Good fat choice.

Shara, I am going to assume that you did not eat 12 slices of ezekiel bread. Probably 2. Unless you were really really hungry when you broke the fast. Must have been a typing error. Great job. Made really good choices as well.
