Men day 11, Wednesday September 30th

Reminder: Phase 2 meeting on Sunday @ 7:30 a.m.

Workouts: Squat session this morning and upper body kettlebell class tonight @ 7:30 p.m.

Protein:
2 containers bison meat
3 poached eggs
1.5 scoops Harmonized Protein with Greens First (this morning)
1.5 scoops Harmonized Protein with Greens First (tonight)

Carbs:
1 container organic long grain brown rice
2 slices Ezekiel bread

Fats:
3 egg yolks
1 serving pumpkin seeds
2 servings almond butter

Fruit:
2 bananas

Veggies:
Big salad tonight

    Brian, between your unfortunately being ill anf fasting I thought you totally had me. You do not want Bob, he is going to lose a lot-maybe the "biggest loser".

    10:00 banana and white tea

    11:00 new whey protein

    11:30 apple or banana

    1:30 chicken breast, same vegtable mix as yesterday, salad with balsamic vinegar.

    2:30 container of mixed brown rice

    3:30 23 almonds

    6:00 container of brown rice cereal

    Dinner, probably fish, salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil and vegtables.

    7:30 raspberries, 12 cashews
    9:00 workout with Steve
    10:30 1 1/2 scoops protein shake with 1 banana
    12:30 1 container of buckwheat
    2:00 1/2 container of chicken sausages, 1 container of shredded cabbage & carrots with lemon
    4:30 1 container of steamed chicken, 1 container of steamed veggies
    8:00 1/2 container of chicken salad, 12 almonds

    1 Lipton tea
    1 white tea

    48oz of water

  7. 4:45 2 SCOOP PROTIEN SHAKE, 5:30 banana, 23 almonds, 9:30 4 egg whites 2 yolk, 1 ezkiel w/ almond butter, 11:00 apple, 1:00 yellow pepper, 3:00 1 container chicken, 1 container rice w/ 1 tbs safflower mayo, 6:00 1 ezkiel brea, 7:00 1 1/2 scoop protien shake, 7:45 1hr 15min karate/cardo class, 10:00 container wild salmon & broccoli, 10:45 pass out!!!

  8. pretty much survived the trip, but an abnormal eating day.

    Breakfast--1 Banana, 1 Egg with a slice of cheese (no other option at the Holiday Inn Express)...

    Snack--Apple

    Lunch--Salad with grilled chicken

    Snack--3 Oz Almonds

    Late Dinner---Salad with Ground Turkey

    Back to normal tomorrow.
