Men Day 7, September 26th

Please post your menus for the day here... if you plan on doing a cheat meal tonight or tomorrow night please weigh yourself first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything, then report your weight to me. I will be working all morning then have to go into the city right after that so my ability to get to the computer will be limited; however, I will answer as many questions as possible when I can and answer ALL of them tomorrow afternoon. Have a GREAT weekend everyone and amazing job so far!

  1. 9:00 banana and red mill cereal; water; 11:00 3 slices turkey breast and spinach; Nutri-core protein shake; 3:00 roasted chicken beans and spinach; Dinner will be salmon with rice and beans--

    Tom--Is Nutricore ready made shake equal to 1/2 container of protein???

  3. 6:30 2 scoop protien shake, 1 ezkiel w/ alomnd butter 1/2 tbs, 7:15 back & bi, 8:25 1 1/2 scoop protien shake, banana, 8:45 karate class, 10:15 apple, 1 ezkiel w/ almond butter, 23 almonds, 12:10 8 egg whites 2 yoke, 3:30 container ground sirlion, container wild rice, tonight: container chicken steam w/ veg, spinach salad, snack on 1oz sunflower seeds.

  4. did not post friday I had 2 prot drinks 2 pcs fruit 1 10oz burger with salad 1 chicken cont 4 z bread two tbl pb 30 cas nuts

    Today i did not weigh in i will be having koo tonight chicken with coconut sauce and pinaple fried rice with shimp not a lot of the rice no booz water

    ran out of z bread

    7:30 1 slice whole weat tbl pb
    9:00 prot drink
    10:00 grapes

    12:00 six egg whites 3 yolk with saled and 1 pc whole wheat

    2pm 1 prot drk

    2:30 30 cashew

    4:30 1 ps whole wheat 1 tbs pb 1 orange fruit

    and you see what i will have tonight

    7:30 nectarine, 10 cashews
    10:15 boot camp class
    11:30 1 1/2 protein shake and 1 banana
    12:45 1 container of buckwheat
    4:00 turkey burger meat only & 1 container sweet potato and spinach salad with cucumbers, onions, roma tomatoes and 1/2 tbs grape seed oil
    7:30 sashimi dinner with 1/2 container of white sushi rice

    1 cup of green tea

    50oz of water

    spinach and 8oz of wemangs chicken sausage
    cheat meal
    small duck salad
    grilled chicken
    2 slices of Watermellon
