Heading to Mountain Creek water park tomorrow and packing the following:

Container of tuna salad (onion, 2 tbsp Smart Balance Mayo) on celery stalks
Chop Chop salad (lettuce, broccolli, onion)w/ balsamic
i don't know what dinner will be yet - hopefully some sort of fish (salmon or halibut) w/ steamed asparagus
and of course my gallon or so of water
