  1. Heading to Mountain Creek water park tomorrow and packing the following:

    banana w/ 2 tbsp almond butter

    Container of egg salad (7 whites, 2 yolks, 2 tbsp Smart Balance Mayo) on rounds of cucumber

    Container of tuna salad (onion, 2 tbsp Smart Balance Mayo) on celery stalks

    Chop Chop salad (lettuce, broccolli, onion)w/ balsamic

    i don't know what dinner will be yet - hopefully some sort of fish (salmon or halibut) w/ steamed asparagus

    and of course my gallon or so of water

    Will not have scale tomorrow so weighed myself today :-) will go to food store and let you know later my food for today, tomorrow and sunday.

    7am 4 eggs 1 yolk, cukes 5FG
    9-10 strength
    10:15 protein shake with 1/2 cup blue & straw berries
    carrots
    12:30 lg salad with 1/4 cont each salmon/tuna and 1 tbsp walnuts 14FG
    4 protein shake/1 tbsp pb 8FG
    6 2 pieces ez with 2 tbsp pb 16FG
    7 1/2 cont chicken/veggies
    late 1/2 egg white salad 2FG

    packing
    egg white salad
    salmon
    tuna
    chicken
    blue berries
    veggies/cukes, carrots, celery, green beans
    almonds
    2 pieces ez bread/2 tbsp pb

    Cardio Strength Workout
    Green beans, ¼ cup sunflower seeds (15g)
    .5 cont turkey
    Red peppers, 1 cont ground sirloin, 1tbs canola oil (14g)
    Spinach salad, broccoli
    1 cont sirloin steak
    Walk with the dog
    19 pistachios (11g)

    8:30 peach, 1/2 container brown rice, asparagus
    12:00 1/2 container brown rice, asparagus, 1 container hamburger
    3:00 1 container hamburger, carrot sticks
    6:30 1 container fish, salad

    (I had one bite of my brownies and cookies to try them!!)
