Men day 68, Saturday July 11th

high carb day... will fill in menu tonight, in a rush right now. Please don't forget about our meeting, seminar and KB class tomorrow:
7:40 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. Phase 3 meeting
8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Seminar part 1
9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Seminar part 2
10:35 a.m - 11:35 a.m. KB class

It will be an amazing day for those that come, hope to see you there!

    7:30am
    2 scoops Harmonized protein shake w/banana in almond breeze

    11:30am
    celery, cucumbers

    12:30pm
    1 container chicken, tomatoes, jalapenos

    2:00pm
    23 almonds and cashews

    5:00pm
    3 baby carrots

    6:00pm
    1-1/4 containers grilled shrimp
    grilled cauliflower

    8:00pm
    Iced coffee w/splenda

    10:00pm
    1 scoop Harmonized protein on almond breeze

  3. 7am Protein shake and Greens first
    8am till 6pm I officiated 14 lacrosse games in a row
    11am one 4 oz turkey burger (in between games)
    I munched on almonds all day in between games and drank lots of water
    7pm 4 bites of a steak
    930 pm a small handful of flank steak
    1045pm Greens first and 2 Advil (my feet are killing me!)
