    1 slice ezekiel bread, bananna, protein shake, 1tbsp almond butter, 1tbsp flaxseed oil

    protein shake
    20 almonds

    container of chicken sausage, .5 container brown rice, 1 whole egg

    container ground beef (i know, don't know whats coming over me) salad

    .5 container of chicken sausage, tablespoon almond butter, protein shake with greens powder 1tbsp flaxseed oil

    squat workout and hiit class with girls

    1 container mixed berries
    1 slice ezekiel; 1 tbsp almond butter; green tea
    30g Harmonized protein; raw veggies
    1 container grilled chicken salad made w/ 1tbsp saf mayo; raw veggies; 1 slice ezekiel
    30g Harmonized protein
    HIIT class with you Jody (Thanks!!!)
    1 container baked ground chicken cutlets; raw peppers; cauliflower; cucumbers
    2 tbsp almond butter; greet tea

    2nd LO CARB day in a row!!!

    6am 4 eggs 1 yolk/red pepper/1/2 tbsp pb 9FG
    Strength Trained
    9am protein shake with 1/2 banana 1/4 cup blues
    12:00 1/2 cont egg salad over green salad/rasp viniger/carrots 4.5FG
    3:00 1/2 cont egg salad same as above 4.5FG
    6:00 1/2 cont chicken/veggies 1/2 tbsp flax oil 7FG
    walk (short have lots kids here for weekend)
    9:30 protein shake 2 tbsp pb 16FG

    Breakfast 3 egg whites, 1yolk (5g) 2 pieces of whole wheat toast
    Snack 1oz mixed nuts (14g)
    Lunch .5 cont turkey, raw green beans
    HIIT workout
    Dinner 1 cont sirloin, spinach, green beans, ½ tomato, broccoli salad, 2tbs lemon tahini dressing (14g)
