    Long day of work and traveling-kinda hungry :(

  2. Monday: 4 pills each of fish and flax oil
    Exercise: 1/2 hour upper body blast
    1 hour turbo kick
    1 scoop protein, banana
    1 cont. ground turkey, brussel sprouts, broccoli
    1 large salad, grilled chicken, 1 TB olive oil with vinegar

    Tuesday: 4 pills each of flax and fish oil
    Exercise: 1 hour cardio fusion
    1 scoop protein, banana
    2 boiled eggs, 1 turkey meatballs
    turnip
    1 apple
    Lamb, sauteed broccoli in 1 TB coconut oil
    1 scoop protein shake

  3. 5:00 2 scoop protein, 8:00 5 egg whites, 9:00 banana, 10:15 cucumber, 2:30 1 cont chicken, lots broccoli, 4:15 chest, tri abs, 15min HITT, 5:30 2 scoop protein, banana shake, 10:00 9 egg whites, yellow pepper.. 7 fish oil, 7 flax pills & extra vig olive oil on the broccoli.
