    salad with 1/2 C chicken- the Wegman's in Marlton has a slad bar and pulled rotisserie chicken so it was easy to make a healthy salad
    snack-baby carrots
    1 C chicken (I am going to start clucking)
    steamed asian veggies with asian slaw
    1 1/2 scoop protien shake
