  1. 7:45 HIIT, 8:30 2 SCOOP PROTEIN, BANANA SHAKE, 8:45 karate/cardo class, 10:15 9 egg whites, green pepper, 3:00 sirlion, yellow pepper, spinach salad,5:30 abs work out, 6:00 2 scoop protein, 9:30 salmon, broccoli, beats, 1tbs extra vig olive oil.. 7 fish oil, 7 flax pills.. !@#** 175lbs, 7.4% body fat **!@# AT 7:30AM!!!

    1 c. coffee with almond milk
    1 scoop protein, banana
    1 apple
    1 c ground container, broccoli
    beef stew, turnip
    1 scoop protein
    4 pills each of fish oil and flax oil

  3. Sun: no exercise
    1 c. coffee with almond milk
    1 scoop protein, banana
    brussel sprouts
    pork chop, spinach, 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1 cup milk with 23 walnuts (moment of witness to satisfy my craving for fats, I guess)
    4 pills each of fish and flax oil

    Jody: I'm feeling good...sometimes really tired, but nothing I can't manage. Weighed in on Sat. morning at 116!:)
