  2. 1 hour weight lifting class
    4 fish, 4 flax pills
    1 scoop protein with banana
    2 slices pineapple
    1 c. ground chicken sausage with spinach
    red peppers
    stir fry shrimp and scallops with vegs.
    1 c. milk
