Hey everyone, If you have any ground bison from Wegman's return to the store for credit. It's being recalled. Salmonella has been found in some packages.

    Week 12, Day 5

    - 1 small peach (fr)
    - 2.5 cont mixed red globe grapes& red cherries (2.5 fr)
    A little over on fruit today.

    - 4000 mg fish oil
    - 3900 mg flaxseed oil
    - 300 mg krill oil

    Greens/Veg's
    Salad - mesculin greens, spinach, mixed olives, orange, yellow and red peppers, organic salsa, balsamic vinegar.

    Exercise for the Day, oh yeeaaahhhhh, it was a good day!!!
