Day 83, Friday July 9th

Really excited for tomorrow's final seminar at Collier... people have been e-mailing me some incredible stories and looking forward to sharing some awesome info with all of you tomorrow!!!

  8. Oh Crap!!!!

    The blogging ends.

    I'm gonna have withdrawals, the dt's and have to seek some medical assistance.

    Maybe another 12 weeks of UTC will help. I'm addicted to this blogging. And what do you mean today is the last blog day? I feel cheated I want my full 12 weeks. If we don't get to blog tomorrow I think I want a refund, 1/84th of the entire program price should cover it!

    Yeah, I'm that sick!! Is that a good thing???

    Hi-Fat Day 4/4

    - 1 banana
    - 1 large black plum
    - 3/4 cont black grapes

    Proteins
    - 6 egg whites & 1/4 cont ham in omlette (p)
    - 1.5 cont tuna (1.5 p)

    Fats
    - 2 tsp org pb (2/3 f)
    - butter for frying omlette (1/3 f)
    - 3 serv raw almonds (3f)

    Greens/Veg's
    - small salad - lettuce, spinach, red cabbage, marinated mushrooms, balsamic vinegar
    - onions, green & red peppers in omlette

    EFA
    - 300 mg krill oil
    - 4000 mg fish oil
    - 3900 mg flaxseed oil

    Exercise
    - none today(I mark myself lousy on this for today)
    - long day, really tired, it's late and I want to get rested so I can be alert for this great meeting I'll be attending in the morning.
