Day 81, Wednesday July 7th

Please check the e-mail I sent out yesterday regarding Saturday's meeting at Collier High School. I'm Very excited about the final meeting, lots of very cool stuff planned and really looking forward to wrapping up what has been an awesome UTC this time around...

    Long day @ work, No organized exercise today, gotta do something about that tomorrow, too late now.

    Fruits
    - 2 peaches (2 fr)
    - 1/2 a tomato (1/2 fr)
    - 1/2 cont cherries (1/2 fr)

    Proteins
    - 9 egg whites (p)
    - 1/4 cont ham (1/4 p)
    - 1 cont steak (p)
    - 1/2 cont tuna (1/2 p)
    A little short on protein today.

    Fats
    - 3 egg yolks (f)
    - butter for frying omlette (f)
    - 1 serv (23) raw almonds (f)
    - 1 serv evoo (f)

    Greens/Veg's
    - green peppers, onions & tomato (listed above) in omlette
    -Salad - mesculin greens, spinach, red & yellow & orange peppers, mixed olives, organic salsa, Tuna & Evoo (listed above).

    EFA
    - 4000 mg fish oil
    - 3900 mg flaxseed oil

    1c egg whites with Salsa / Spinach (frittata)
    1c Sirloin

    Salad with V
    Lots of water and Green tea.
