Day 80, Tuesday July 6th

    3 scoops protein powder

    Carbs:

    Yolks
    Almonds
    EVOO

    Fruit:
    Apple
    Dried apricots (no added anything)
    Orange

    Supplements:
    4 fish oil pills
    4 flax oil pills

    Fruits
    - Banana (fr)
    - 1/2 cont tomato (0.5 fr)
    - 2 cont mixed fruits (2 fr)
    - - - canteloupe, red grapes, strawberries

    Crap, went a little over on fruit today. Too late now, just gotta write it down & move on.

    Proteins
    - 1/2 cont shrimp (0.5 p)
    - 1-1/2 cont lean turkey burgers (1.5 p)
    - 1 cont steak (p)

    Fats
    - 3 serv evoo (3f)
    - 3 egg yolks (f)

    EFA
    - 3900 mg flaxseed oil
    - 4200 mg fish oil

    Greens/Veg's
    Salads
    - lettuce, spinach, red onions, yellow onions, red peppers, cucumbers, black olives, hot peppers, vinegar & evoo (listed above)

    Exercise

    Early afternoon exercise, during heat of the day, 103 F ( water, drank lots & lots of it today, just had to). Didn't have to work too hard to get the H.R. up. Walk - jog - walk.
    - 30 minutes
    - Max H.R. - 98%
    - Avg H.R. - 87%
    - 17 mins continuous w/H.R. @ 90%+
    - 5 minutes in zone
    - 417 cals - 30% fat

    Late evening exercise, after sundown, Walked boards @ Belmar.
    - 54 minutes
    - Max H.R. - 53 %
    - Avg H.R. - 46 %
    - zero time in zone
    - 139 cals - 60% fat ( holy shit, that's just barely 1 light beer's worth of calories for an almost hour long walk. )
