I'm gonna have withdrawals, the dt's and have to seek some medical assistance.
Maybe another 12 weeks of UTC will help. I'm addicted to this blogging. And what do you mean today is the last blog day? I feel cheated I want my full 12 weeks. If we don't get to blog tomorrow I think I want a refund, 1/84th of the entire program price should cover it!

Fruits - 1 banana - 1 large black plum - 3/4 cont black grapes
Proteins - 6 egg whites & 1/4 cont ham in omlette (p) - 1.5 cont tuna (1.5 p)
Exercise - none today(I mark myself lousy on this for today) - long day, really tired, it's late and I want to get rested so I can be alert for this great meeting I'll be attending in the morning.
