Exercise
Early afternoon exercise, during heat of the day, 103 F ( water, drank lots & lots of it today, just had to). Didn't have to work too hard to get the H.R. up. Walk - jog - walk. - 30 minutes - Max H.R. - 98% - Avg H.R. - 87% - 17 mins continuous w/H.R. @ 90%+ - 5 minutes in zone - 417 cals - 30% fat
Late evening exercise, after sundown, Walked boards @ Belmar. - 54 minutes - Max H.R. - 53 % - Avg H.R. - 46 % - zero time in zone - 139 cals - 60% fat ( holy shit, that's just barely 1 light beer's worth of calories for an almost hour long walk. )
